Nötåsen

Nötåsen is Branäs' newest area, located on the western side of Branäsberget, with ski-in/ski-out access. Set in scenic natural surroundings with views over the beautiful Villmyren and Branäsberget as a backdrop.

The plots

The plots are located in the Björken area around Nötåsen's highest point, with views towards Villmyren in the west and Toppstugan in the northeast. This is where the evening sun shines and tranquility settles in. The area connects to central buildings to the southeast and to nearby ski slopes and lifts, and all cabins have ski-in/ski-out access or are within walking distance of lifts and slopes.

20 plots for detached cabins are now for sale, ranging from approx. 600 to approx. 940 m². The plots are ready to build on, so you can get started quickly. Contact us for a plot map and an up-to-date price list.

How to build your cabin

You can buy the plot only and choose your own cabin supplier, or choose one of our turnkey house models: Lyngen, Falketind, Dovre and Aspen, in timber frame or solid log and with the option of a garage. We also have agreements with well-known Norwegian cabin suppliers for turnkey cabins. Read more under House models.

The zoning plan

The zoning plan gives the area a coherent, nature-friendly character:

Detached cabin on a plot of at least 600 m², placed at least 4 m from the plot boundary
Building footprint of up to 25% of the plot area, plus an outbuilding (e.g. a garage) of up to 40 m²
Gabled roof with a pitch of at least 30° and a ridge height of up to 8 m
Timber façade in natural colours; turf, timber or slate roof

Close to everything

Restaurants, shops, a grocery store and ski rental on Branäs Berg are within walking distance, and a centre of its own is also planned at Nötåsen. Cross-country trails, snowmobile trails and hiking paths are right next door.
